Higit P500 milyong pekeng LV, nakumpiska ng NBI
MANILA, Philippines — Nasamsam ng mga operatiba ng National Bureau of Investigation-Intellectual Property Rights Division (NBI-IPRD) ang may P528,883,755.33 na halaga ng mga puslit at pekeng Louis Vuitton products sa mga stalls sa Mandaue, Cebu.
Kasama sa operasyon ng NBI-IPRD operatives ang NBI-Central Visayas Regional Office (CEVRO) at NBI- Cebu District Office (CEBDO) nang ikasa ang pagsisislbi ng Search Warrants dahil sa paglabag sa “Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines ng may Owners/Occupants ng mga stalls sa Mandaue City.
Ang kontrabando ay kabibilangan ng 1,718 Bags, 2,826 Wallets, 67 Sunglasses, 263 Belts, 28 Sandals, 18 Caps, 55 Luggages, 30 Earrings, 115 Keychains, 8 Straps, 2 RTW Dress, 9 Perfumes, 32 Shoes, 9 Socks, 10 Hats, 40 Scarves, 3 Make up brushes, 2 Umbrellas, 5 T-shirts, 36 Card Holders, at 3 Tumblers na pawang may trademark na “Louis Vuitton”.
Sinampahan na ng naturang kaso ang mga suspek.
