MANILA, Philippines (Updated 2:41 p.m.)

Christian Buenafe.
"A careful review of the Motions for Reconsideration reveals that they failed to raise new matters that would warrant the reversal of the Assailed Resolution," wika ng Comelec en banc pagdating sa DQ complaint.
"Stripped of non-essentials, the instant Motions for Reconsideration merely contain rehash of Petitioners' assertions and arguments befopre the Commission (Former Division).
"The parties... because the cases were already dismissed by the commission en banc, may file a petition for certioari before the Supreme Court within 30 days from today," ani Gatdula kanina.
"That is 30 days for the Rules of Court. But within five days from the reciept of the decision, then the decision of the Commission on en banc, if there is no temporary restraining order or orders for these resolutions, then these cases shall be deemed final and executory on the Commission on Election level."
"This was filed on April 25 and the same has been elevated to the commission en banc on April 30th. And the same is pending resolution by the commission en banc," dagdag pa ni Gatdula.
