MANILA, Philippines — Magkakaroon ng ‘rigodon’ sa gabinete ni Pangulong Duterte sa susunod na linggo dahil sa pagtakbo sa national at local posts ng ilang kalihim sa 2019 mid-term elections.
Kabilang sa posibleng tumakbong senador na miyembro ng gabinete ay sina Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, Presidential Political Adviser Francis Tolentino at Special Assistant to the President Christopher ‘Bong’ Go.
Tatakbo naman sa local position sina Secretary to the Cabinet Leoncio Evasco Jr. (Bohol), TESDA director-general Gene Mamondiong at Presidential Adviser on OFW’s Abdullah Mama-o (Lanao).
Bukod dito, posibleng tumakbo naman bilang partylist representative ang nagbitiw na si PCOO Asec. Mocha Uson habang pagiging gobernador umano ng lalawigan ng Mindoro Occidental ang target ni Office of Civil Defense Deputy Administrator Nicanor Faeldon.
