Giyera vs kalaswaan inilunsad ni Digong, porn sites crackdown!
MANILA, Philippines - Iniutos ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pagpapasara sa pornographic websites sa Pilipinas kung saan ay ginagamit ang mga menor de edad sa child pornography, ayon kay Presidential Communications Sec. Martin Andanar.
“These porn sites should really be banned because they are being used by pedophiles and other people who subscribe to child pornography sites,” wika pa ni Sec. Andanar sa Malacanang reporters.
Inirekomenda ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ang pagpapasara sa porn sites na paborito ng mga pedophile.
“What’s important here is that the President does not like these pornographic videos in the Internet,” dagdag pa ni Sec. Andanar.
Naunang nais ipagbawal ni Pangulong Duterte ang online gambling dahil bukod sa hindi ito nagbabayad ng tamang buwis ay maraming mamamayan ang nagugumon sa bisyong ito.
Wika pa ni Andanar, ang child pornography ay isang krimen at hindi dapat itong hayaan bagkus ay dapat ipasara na ang lahat ng porn sites dahil sa kalaswaan nito na maging ang mga kabataan ay nahihikayat na manuod.
“We don’t want our youth and even the adults to be addicted to lewd videos shown in the Internet. Para sa akin dapat lahat ng porn sites ang ipasara,” paliwanag pa ng PCOO chief.
Sinabi naman ni DICT Sec. Rodolfo Salalima na ang anti-child pornography council na binubuo ng social workers at pulis ay nagrekomenda sa National Telecommunications Center (NTC) na ipasara na nito ang mga websites na lumalabag sa Republic Act No. 9775 or the Anti-Child Pornography Law.
“That committee is regularly monitoring websites, which violate the law on child pornography. They then recommend to the NTC to block those sites,” wika pa ng DICT chief.
Noong Sabado, nagulat ang mga bumibisita sa popular na porn sites na pornhub.com at xvideos.com dahil hindi na sila maka-access nasabing porn sites.
Nangyari ito matapos ihayag ng pornhub.com na top viewers ng kanilang porn site ay mga Filipino na kumokonsumo ng 12 minuto hanggang 45 segundo sa panonood ng sex films.
