Kinansela ang hindi bababa sa 1,000 flights sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport upang bigyang daan ang pagdating at pag-alis ng mga delegado.
Nauna nang dumating nitong kamakalawa si Chile President Michelle Bachelet, habang kahapon naman sina Dating Taiwanese Vice President Vincent Siew, Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter Charles Paire O’Neill, Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos at Hong Kong chief executive Leung Chun-Ying.
Dumating ngayong Martes sina United States President Barack Obama, Vietnam President Truong Tan Sang, South Korean President Park Geun-Hye, Australian Prime Minister Malcom Turnbull, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, at New Zealand Prime Minister John Key.
