Request ni Revilla sinopla ng Sandiganbayan

MANILA, Philippines – Sinopla ng Sandiganbayan ang hiling ni detained Sen. Bong Revilla na makadalo ng debut ng anak nito ngayong Sabado.

Ito ay makaraang katigan ng Sandiganbayan ang rekomendasyon ng prosekusyon na nagsasa­bing walang dahilan para ito ay payagan na makalabas ng kulungan sa PNP Custodial Center sa Kampo Krame dahil sa kakulangan sa merito at nais lamang nitong dumalo sa isang “social gathering “

“The Court is inclined to deny the motion. As correctly pointed out by the prosecution, the instant matter does not present an exceptional circumstance, being merely a social event, that would warrant a deviation from the general limitations on the rights of an accused detention prisoner,” ayon sa Sandiganbayan.

“Furthermore, the Court considers significant the huge risks to which the accused would be exposed if the motion were granted, given that the very purpose for the furlough is for the accused to be at a birthday celebration – a party – where he will present his daughter to a lot of people,” nakasaad pa sa resolution ng Sandiganbayan.

Sa request ni Revilla, nais nitong dumalo sa debut ng anak na si Ma. Fraznel Loudette Bautista mula alas-7 ng gabi hanggang alas-10 ng gabi ngayong Sabado, October 24 sa Bellevue Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
