Gen. Dellosa itinalagang Depcom ng BOC

MANILA, Philippines - Itinalaga ni Pangulong Benigno Aquino III si dating Armed Forces of the Philippines chief of staff Gen. Jessie Dellosa bilang isa sa mga deputy commissioners ng Bureau of Customs kapalit ng matagal ng nagbitiw na si commissioner for intelligence Danilo Lim.

Inihayag ni Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte na nilagdaan ng Pangulo ang appointment ni Dellosa noong nakaraang Biyernes.

Matatandaan na nagbitiw sa kanyang tungkulin si Lim matapos ang State of the Nation Address (SONA) ng Pangulo noong Hulyo 22 kung saan isa sa mga nabanatan niya ang mga opisyal ng BOC.

Bukod kay Dellosa, itinalaga rin ng Pangulo sina Agaton Teodoro Uvero bilang Deputy Commissioner for Assesment and Operations Coordinating Group kapalit ni Prudencio Reyes, at Primo Aguas bilang  Deputy Commissioner for Management Information Systems and Techno­logy Group, kapalit naman ni Maria Caridad Manarang.

Inihayag din ni Valte na itatalaga bilang deputy commissioners para sa kani-kanilang kasalukuyang tanggapan sa gobyerno sina Department of Budget and Management director Myrna Chua, na ilalagay sa Internal Administration Group at  Department of Finance Assistant Secretary Edita Tan na gagawing  Deputy Commissioner for the Revenue Collection Monitoring Group.

Inihayag din ni Valte na hanggang kahapon wala pang balita kung may napili na ang Pangulo para sa posisyon ng Deputy Ombudsman.
