Kapag nakararamdam ng pananakit ng ulo ay maaring gumawa ng sariling juice sa pamamagitan ng pag-blend ng mansanas, pipino, luya, at celery. Kung sinusumpong ng hika ang katas naman ng carrot, spinach, apple, bawang, at lemon na mabisang panlunas lalo na kapag madalas kapusin ng paghinga.
