Rico, heartbroken sa kalagayan ng kapatid

Humihingi ng dasal ang singer na si Rico Blanco sa kanyang followers para sa kanyang younger brother na may cancer.

Ang malungkot na balita about his beloved brother ay sinabi niya sa kanyang Instagram post.

“This beautiful boy you see with me is my younger brother, King. Only a year apart, we did everything together growing up, like bestfriends, or even twins. We shared so many adventures and fought so many battles alongside each other. I love him so very dearly,” simula ng OPM singer.

Few weeks ago lang daw nila nalaman ang heartbreaking news na may squamous cell carcinoma ang kanyang kapatid.

“A few weeks ago we received the terrible news that he has cancer. The signs all came too rapidly and seemingly out of nowhere, and by the time we got the full diagnosis, we were told he already has an advanced and very aggressive type of squamous cell carcinoma (sinus),” pagbabahagi ni Rico.

Ayon sa isang medical website, “”Squamous cell carcinoma of the sinus” refers to a type of cancer that originates in the lining of the sinus cavities, specifically a malignant tumor composed of squamous cells, which are flat, scale-like cells that line the inside of the sinuses; it is considered a relatively rare and aggressive form of head and neck cancer, often arising in the maxillary sinus and sometimes presenting with non-specific symptoms, making early diagnosis challenging.”

Nagsimula na raw ang treatment ng kapatid ni Rico kaya naman hiningi niya ang tulong ng netizens para samahan silang magdasal para malampasan nila ang malaking pagsubok na ito.

“His treatment started yesterday, and we are praying all our efforts are not too late. Weve also decided to share so we can humbly ask for your help - please pray for King’s strength and healing. Only heaven really knows whats best for my dear brother but we are keeping our hopes up. I cannot bear to imagine a world without him in it.  This is our toughest battle. Please, please help us win,” pahayag ni Rico.

Tony, nababasa ang sinasabi ng mata ni Herlene

Answered prayer para kay Tony Labrusca na makatrabaho si Herlene Budol dahil ipinagdasal niya raw talaga ito.

For the first time ay magkakasama sila ni Hipon Girl sa upcoming GMA 7 series na Binibibining Marikit.

Sa panayam kay Tony sa Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, noon pa raw ay gusto na niyang makatrabaho si Herlene dahil pakiramdam daw niya ay masaya itong kasama.

At nang finally ay ma-meet na niya ito sa kanilang serye, napatunayan niyang tama ang kanyang pakiramdam.

“Ewan ko, may something sa energy niya na feeling ko masaya siya kasama, totoo siyang tao, and ngayon, masasabi ko, she’s exactly the way I imagined in my head,” sabi ng aktor.

“Lovely, inside and out” ang deskripsyon pa ni Tony kay Herlene.

“Na-amaze ako kasi alam mo ‘yung minsan may nai-imagine ka na tao sa isip mo and Herlene was exactly the way I imagined her so really lovely working with her, she puts everybody in such a good mood,” papuri pa ng aktor sa dalaga.

Tinanong ni King of Talk Boy Abunda kung ano ang features ni Herlene na hinahangaan niya.

Sagot naman ni Tony, “Isa sa mga favorite features ko kay Herlene ay ‘yung labi niya. She’s got beautiful lips.”

Sey pa ng aktor, “at saka napaka-expressive ng mata ni Herlene. Alam n’yo, kapag nag-eeksena kami, marami siyang emotional na scenes, maraming sinasabi ang mata ni Herlene. Napakaganda ng mata niya.”
