Cherie hindi mapakali sa anak na nasa New York

Hindi naiwasan ni Cherie Gil na mag-alala sa kalagayan ng kanyang anak na si Bianca Rogoff na naka-base at nagtatrabaho sa New York.

Ang State of New York ang may pinakamaraming kaso ng COVID-19 sa United States. Hindi makapaniwala si Cherie sa nababalitaan niya na libu-libo na ang namamatay sa New York at yung iba raw ay nililibing na lang sa isang mass grave.

Nakausap na ni Cherie ang anak at nagpapasalamat ito na nasa mabuting kalagayan ito at kaya raw nitong alagaan ang sarili.

Especially where she is right now where numbers are still rising, I can’t help but worry but Her quiet strength has inspired me to hold on to mine. Keeping me steadfast, steady and grounded to be there for her when I can. I miss her so much every single day. And with faith and hope , I have to continue to trust that we will be together again soon. That this too shall pass and that even better times are yet to come, for all of us.
