Hollywood stars ipinanganga-landakan ang pagpapa-abort
Inamin ng star ng Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants na si Amber Tamblyn na nagpa-abort siya noong 2012.
Sa kanyang message sa Twitter, nag-share siya ng kanyang personal story about abortion with the hashtag #YouKnowMe. Na-inspire raw siya na ikuwento ang kanyang istorya dahil sa mga aktres na sina Busy Philipps at Jameela Jamil na naging best decision ang ipa-abort ang dinadala nila sa kanilang tiyan.
“In 2012, I had an abortion. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I still think about it to this day. But these truths do not make me regret my decision. It was the right choice for me, at that time in my life. I have not a single doubt about this. #YouKnowMe.”
Naglabas din ng kanyang abortion story ang aktres na si Minka Kelly:
“When I was younger I had an abortion. It was the smartest decision I could’ve made, not only for myself & my boyfriend at the time, but also for this unborn fetus. For a baby to’ve been born to two people — too young and completely ill equipped—with no means or help from family, would have resulted in a child born into an unnecessary world of struggle.
“Having a baby at that time would have only perpetuated the cycle of poverty, chaos and dysfunction I was born into. Forcing a child to be born to a mother who isn’t ready, isn’t financially stable, was raped, a victim of incest (!!), isn’t doing that theoretical child any favors.”
Naglabasan ang abortion stories na ito dahil sa pag-ban sa abortion ng States of Georgia and Alabama. Naniniwala ang maraming kababaihan sa Amerika na may karapatan ang kahit sino kung ano ang gusto nilang gawin sa kanilang katawan.
Uge grabe ang pagkabilib kay Bitoy
Excited si Eugene Domingo sa nalalapit na paglabas ni Michael V. sa isang special episode ng Dear Uge.
Nakapag-taping na raw si Bitoy at abangan na lang daw kung kelan ito ipapalabas.
“Sa totoo lang, ito ang first time ko to work with Bitoy. Matagal na kaming magkakilala, pero never pa kaming nagkakasama sa anumang pelikula or even sa TV.”
May special guest role naman din si Uge sa pelikulang Family History na produced, written, directed at pinagbibidahan din ni Bitoy.
“Yun naman ang naging deal namin. Mag-guest ako sa movie niya, mag-guest din siya sa Dear Uge. Tsaka okey din naman ako na mag-guest sa show niyang Pepito Manaloto,” diin pa ni Uge.
Samantalang masayang-masaya si Uge sa sunud-sunod na parangal na natatanggap ng comedy anthology na Dear Uge, kabilang na rito ang Gawad Tanglaw as Best Comedy Show, Box-Office Entertainment Award as Comedy Actress of the Year at ang Catholic Mass Media Awards for Best Comedy Program.
“On our third year, nagpapasalamat kaming lahat sa mga nagbigay ng parangal sa Dear Uge. Nagsimula ito bilang experimento lang na naging mabenta sa marami,” sabi pa ni Uge.
Nico inalala ang proposal kay Solenn
Inamin ni Solenn Heussaff na nakalimutan niya ang wedding anniversary nila ni Nico Bolzico dahil sa sobrang busy niya.
Three years na ngang kasal sina Solenn at Nico noong nakaraang May 21.
Bumawi si Solenn sa kanyang mister sa pag-post ng isang message sa Instagram:
“So I totally forgot till someone said ‘happy anniv’ to me. Almost 9 years together and 3 years since this special day happened. 3 years of laughter, stress, small arguments, being lost at times, but three years of BEING. Will work on things i need to work on, and will do better where i can. I wouldnt be fun if i were perfect anyway. Cheers to more years of us forgetting our anniversary and being unsure of whats to come ( like this photo haha). Te amo @nicobolzico”
Pinost naman ni Nico ang video ng kanyang proposal kay Solenn sa kanyang IG account. Sinamahan pa niya ito ng isang lengthy caption kunsaan kinuwento niya ang mga naganap sa kanyang proposal at kung gaano niya kamahal si Solenn kahit na binu-bully siya nito.
