#DietPAMore Sharon gustong maging underweight!

SOME LIKE IT HOT - Vinia Vivar - Pang-masa

I wanna be a little underweight for the screen,” pahayag ni Megastar in a group interview kamakailan.

“You know what, kahit anon’g gawin mo, magpa-lipo ka, kung ano-anong gawin mo, kahit itakin mo ‘yung taba mo, itakin mo ‘yung bilbil mo, the whole point of it is, hindi mawawala or hindi mame-maintain unless talaga you control your eating.

“And once I accepted that, it’s really a lifestyle change. But you don’t have to stop eating certain foods. When I say eat, eat. Not lamon. I found it out,” natatawang sabi ni Shawie.

“It’s been over a year now, so talagang mabagal. As it is, remember, parang napako sa 65 or something ‘yung loss ko, eh, all in all. So, that’s not really fast,” kwento pa ni Mega.

“LA has a very fascinating story. Ang totoo po niyan, ang story po ni LA, he’s a ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). He was born with ADHD, and sobrang hirap ng mother niya.

“It was because of the mother’s love, naka-recover siya and was declared out of that when he was 14 years old (LA is 19 now). ‘Yung first stage of autism niya ay declared na wala na when he was 14.

“Saka you have to make him busy, the music made him so busy. Na after his school, para hindi niya maisip kung ano ‘yung nararamdaman ng isang may ganun’g stage, after his school, 4:00, pinipilit ko siya na kumanta, pinipilit ko siya na mag-basketball like his brother, pinipilit ko siya na mag-modeling like his sister, para lang busy siya.

“Kasi pag wala po siyang gagawin, there will be tendency (na bumalik ang sakit). So you really have to do something.
