This early, Heart Evangelista is playing to the hilt na her upcoming role as official stepmom to Senator Chiz Escudero’s twin children, Maria Cecilia and Joaquin, by former wife, Tintin Flores.

The twins were with Heart and Senator Chiz when they went to Los Angeles, California, para maisukat niya ang damit pangkasal na gawa ng Filipino designer na si Monique Lhuillier, who is based in abroad.

Heart and Senator Chiz are set to wed on February 15 at the Balesin Island in Quezon Province.
