Sarah at Maja parehong ayaw katrabaho sina Matteo at Gerald

Guess what Maja Salvador and Sarah Geronimo, current reported girlfriend ng kanyang ex na si Matteo Guidicelli have in common?

Well, they don’t see themselves working together with their boyfriends sa isang project, mapa-movies o mapa-pelikula.

Cur­rent love ngayon ni Maja ang ex naman ni Kim Chiu, si Gerald Anderson na minsan ding na-link kay Sarah. Magtu-two years na sila.

Nang tanungin si Maja sa presscon of her upcoming concert, Maj: The Legal Performer, if she will invite both Sarah at Matteo, ang kanyang nakangiting sagot: ‘‘Welcome sila if they come.’’

Like Sarah, singer and recording star na rin si Maja. At heto: magku-concert na rin siya.

Unlike Sarah, though, whose concerts were held sa Araneta Coliseum and MOA Arena, Maja is holding hers at the Music Museum on July 12.

Produced by Hills and Dreams Events Concerts, it will be directed by Johnny Manahan.

‘‘Si Direk Manahan din ang nag-conceptualize ng show at nagbigay nito ng title na Maja: The Legal Performer.”

Why the title of the show is such, according to Maja, requires a simple but valid explanation. Her pet name, she revealed is Maj. The word legal in the subtitle, The Legal Performer, ay galing sa The Legal Wife, her recently-completed series which earned unprecedented rating in its finale, 36.2%.

The Legal Wife co-starred with Angel Locsin  and Jericho Rosales.

Maja’s guest performers in the concert are Enrique Gil, Rayver Cruz, Piolo Pascual, and Enchong Dee.

Musical director is Marvin Quirido.

Pokwang wala pang trabaho after Mirabella

In three weeks time, according to Pokwang, her ongoing series Mirabella, where new star Julia Barretto, portrays the title role, will be off the air.

‘‘I have no idea yet kung may susunod akong series kaagad. But I’m not worried. ‘Di ako pababayaan ng ABS-CBN,’’ she said.

Pokwang is being managed by Star Magic, the discovery and talent arm of ABS-CBN.

‘‘Star Magic keeps me busy,’’ susog pa niya. ‘‘Alam nilang I’m a single Mom. At tumutulong pa rin ako sa iba pang members ng aking family.’’

Simultaneous with her taping for Mirabella, nagawa ni Pokwang ang pelikulang My Illegal Wife na nasa second week na sa mga sinehan. Na­ka­sama niya si Zanjoe Marrudo and directed by Tony Y. Reyes.

‘‘I am overwhelmed with the box office results of the movie,’’ dugtong pa ni Pokwang. ‘‘In its one week run last Wednesday, June 12, it grossed more than P50M.

‘‘My God, ‘di pa ako nakakahawak ng ganyang kalaking halaga.

‘‘Thank you, Lord,’’ patuloy pa ni Pokwang.

Carla di umaasang makakatuluyan si Tom

Guess what? It’s not just the sitcom, Ismol Fami­ly, co-starring her with Ryan Agoncillo and the movie, Shake, Rattle and Roll 14, which currently will keep Carla Abellana busy.

She has reportedly been tapped to play leading lady to Tom Rodriguez in an upcoming series ng GMA 7, My Destiny.

Tom is also her leading man in Shake, Rattle and Roll 14.

Hindi ba sila nagkaka-debelopan ni Tom, ganung noong ginawa nila ang pelikulang So It’s You, parehong kabi-break nila with their respective sweethearts? Siya kay Geoff Eigenmann, at si Tom with singer and stage actress K-La Rivera.

‘‘Naku hindi a,’’ maliksing sagot ni Carla. ‘‘Oo nga at special na lalaki sa akin si Tom. Dahil pinatunayan niyang mabait at gentleman siya.

‘‘But I take to him only as a friend. And the way I look at it, ganundin ang pagtingin niya sa akin.’’

E, paano kung ma-in love sila sa isa’t isa eventually. My kasabihang too much intimacy can create a romance?

‘‘In that case allow the two of them to cross the bridge, una, wika nga. At saka sila nag-decide kung para nga sila ni Tom sa isa’t isa,” sabi nang isang malapit sa kanila.
