Kathryn aso lang ang hininging regalo kay Daniel

For her 18th birthday, hiling daw ni Kathryn Bernardo bilang regalo from her favorite leading man and possible first boyfriend, Daniel Padilla, is a dog. A poodle, she specified.

Tinanong daw kasi siya ni Daniel what birthday gift she would want from him.

On her end, Kathryn said her gift for herself is a trip to the U.S.

She will bring her parents with her.

For their next team-up, after the still trending series, Got to Believe, she and Daniel will do a movie for Star Cine­ma, with again, their Got To Believe director, Cathy Garcia-Molina, at the helm.

With the recent pagtatapos ng Got to Believe, which ABS-CBN produced, Manilyn Reynes, who played Mom to Kathryn and wife to fellow comedy star, Benjie Paras, opted to sign up with the Kapuso.

Since the contract she signed up with GMA 7 is reportedly exclusive, ’di na siya mapapanood sa Kapamilya.

Kung sabagay, naging lenient ang Kapuso kay Manilyn, when they allowed her to do Got to Believe, habang napapanood pa rin siya comedy series na Pepito Manaloto kung saan siya gumaganap na misis ni Michael V.

But this time, according to GMA 7 executive Lilibeth Rasonable, walang rason para payagan pa nila na tumanggap ng offer si Manilyn sa “labas”.

Kung sabagay, to date, Manilyn has maintained her image bilang artistang mahusay umarte, lalo na sa comedy.

Well, during her Regal Baby days, she and Janno Gibbs were a team to reckon with.

Now that she is muling officially a Kapuso and Janno is himself with the Network, how about a project with them together.

Unlike Janno, who is still separated from wife, Bing Loyzaga, with whom he has two girls, tahimik at masaya ang buhay may-asawa ni Manilyn.

Married to former Regal Baby Aljon Jimenez, they are parents to two boys.

Bibeth 25 years na ang kasal kay Direk Carlitos

In a conversation we had with comedy writer for TV and herself a comedienne, Bibeth Orteza said ’di raw niya aka­laing this year, 25 years na siyang married to Direk Carlitos Siguion-Reyna.

They have two children. Their daughter, like all Siguion-Reyna kids, is studying abroad. Their son is showing signs na gusto niyang sundan ang yapak ni Bibeth and his lola Armida Siguion-Reyna’s footsteps.

No longer active as he used to as a director, Direk Carlitos now teaches film-making in a film university in Singapore.

Bibeth, aside from writing scripts for Vampire ang Daddy Ko, top-billed by Vic Sotto and Oyo Sotto and manning their Forbes Park home, is cast as a mainstay in both My Dad… on GMA 7, and Confession of a Torpe, which stars, among others naman, Ogie Alcasid.

John Lloyd Cruz denied he is considering buying one of the vacation houses ni Willie Revillame in Tagaytay City.

He admits, though, that upon the invitation of Willie, he and his family, together with girlfriend Angelica Panganiban, spent a few days there.
