‘‘I doubt it,’’ sagot ni Gerald. ‘‘Artista rin siya. And we both know that whatever we do on the big screen is but part of our job bilang artista.’’
Guess why Gerald would consider the name Dawn a most significant one of him these days?

He is with another Dawn, this time si Dawn Zulueta, who plays his mother in his soon to be released TV series Bukas na Lang Kita Mamahalin.
‘‘Until I worked with her in Bukas…, ’di ko akalain na napakagaling niyang artista. Bukod, of course, sa napakaganda niya, lalo’t up close,’’ sabi ni Gerald.
Most believe, Dawn looks too young para maging anak si Gerald, kahit lang ba on TV. But Dawn obviously, like Gerald, believes that as an actress, she has no excuse not to portray any role offered to her. And Gerald attests, na sa mga eksena nila bilang mag-ina, it’s not the age difference between them ang magiging kapansin-pansin kung hindi ang individual performances nila.
Also in the cast of Bukas… are Gabby Concepcion and Cristine Reyes.
Matteo tinawanan na lang ang pagiging playboy
