Lucy, Dawn, at Charlene pare-parehong alas
Three beautiful, talented, and popular women na nagpapatotoo sa kasabihang “in every man’s success there’s a woman,†na nagsisilbing kanyang insÂpirasyon, ay sina Lucy Torres, Dawn Zulueta, at Charlene Gonzales.
Their respective husbands, Richard Gomez (Lucy’s), Anton Lagdameo (Dawn’s), and Aga Muhlach (Charlene’s) happen to be all running, too, as public officials in the coming May elections.
Richard, as we all know, is aiming for a mayoÂralty seat in Ormoc City kung saan ay tumatakbo rin bilang representative si Lucy. Anton is running for a third term as Davao congressman. Si Aga is eyeing a seat in Congress naman for the fourth district of Camarines Sur.
It goes without saying na malaking asset sila sa kandidatura ng kani-kanilang husband. Pawang mga articulate, their sincerity and efforts are, no doubt, winning votes para sa kani-kanilang asawa.
Ang nakatutuwa rin sa tatlong ito ay they have not given up their respective career in order for them to attend to their duties as wives and parents. In the case of Lucy, as a politician pa herself.
Lucy is mother to teenage daughter, Julianna Gomez.
In a report naman we got from fellow Bicolano at tabloid entertainment editor na si Dindo Balares, naganap daw ang pagsabog sa Caramoan in Camarines Sur.
Awa raw ng Diyos, ayon kina Atty. Michelle at Dindo, ’di nakasakay si Aga nang sumabog ang speedboat.
As of this writing, according uli kay Atty. Michelle, iniimbestigahan pa ang mga pangyayari.
Pang-apat na pelikula nina John Lloyd at Sarah tinatanong na!
Kelan daw kaya muling mapapanood na magkasamang muli sa pelikula sina John Lloyd Cruz at Sarah Geronimo, asked ng mga nakapanood ng It Takes a Man and a Woman, when the third team up ng dalawa opened in theaters nationwide kahapon? They are keeping their fingers crossed na ’di It Takes ang maging last film together ng dalawa as announced by Sarah herself sa mga interview bago nag-showing ang kanilang pelikula.
They all agreed na bagama’t parehong maganda ang previous two films ng dalawa, My Very Special Love and You Changed My Life, It Takes a Man and a Woman is, so far, the best. To which Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina admitted herself. Seconded by Carmi Raymundo, who is with the creative team ng Star Cinema at scriptwriter ng pelikula.
Ayon kay Carmi, it took efforts bago niya ‘‘nabuo’’ ang concept ng It Takes a Man and a Woman as it has to serve the continuity ng dalawang previous films na naging simula ng magandang pag-iibigan nina Miggy at Laida. Mabuti na nga lang daw at medyo bitin ang naging ending ng You Changed My Life, bagama’t it was apparent na muling nagkaunawaan sina Miggy at Laida.
At sabay nilang na-acquire ang maturity which he, as a person, enjoys and appreciates now.
