280 retailers na sinalanta ng mga bagyo inayudahan ng globe
MANILA, Philippines — Hindi bababa sa 280 retailers mula sa mga komunidad na hinagupit ng mga bagyong Rolly at Ulysses noong nakaraang taon ang pinakahuling nabiyayaan ng Community Development program ng Globe.
Ang naturang Globe partners ay tumanggap ng livelihood opportunities sa pamamagitan ng retailer package na may LTE phones, SIM starter kit, at initial load.
Higit sa disaster response, ang Globe ay nagkakaloob ng mas pangmatagalang tulong sa mga komunidad na apektado ng mga bagyong Rolly at Ulysses sa pamamagitan ng technology-based livelihood opportunities.
“We’re starting the year by supporting the most affected communities and helping them rebuild their lives. We’re committed to helping communities in their rehabilitation and recovery efforts by including them in our value chain. This makes our intervention more sustainable and meaningful especially for our partners and customers,” wika ni Bernie Llamzon, Globe EVP for Channel Management.
Ang Globe livelihood program ay kinabibilangan ngayon ng mga benepisyaryo mula sa 62 lungsod at bayan sa walong lugar na sinalanta ng dalawang bagyo.
