Magbabalik sina Belingon at Fernandes sa Ry?goku Kokugikan sa Tokyo, Japan kung saan sila huling nagtuos sa ONE: A NEW ERA.
Nadiskuwalipika si Belingon sa second round bunga ng isang accidental strike sa likod ng ulo ni Fernandes at hindi na naituloy ang laban.
Sa huli ay ibinigay sa Brazilian fighter ang korona.
Matapos rebisahin ang nasabig laban ay ipinahayag ng ONE Championship ang isang automatic rematch.
“This is the most important match of my career and as a member of Team Lakay,” wika ni Beli-ngon. “The team and I have been committing the tiniest of mistakes recently that have cost us the match.”
“I want to end the losing streak of Team Lakay in Japan. I have worked too hard to let the belt slip away from my hands again. I will show the world what I have been working on since our last meeting,” dagdag pa ng Pinoy warrior.
