“Winning the Grand Slam is not the end for us. We’re ready to win more,” sabi ni Cone sa kanyang speech.

“I feel six draft hopefuls can make immediate impact in the PBA,” wika ni Cone tungkol kina Stanley Pringle, Matt Ganuelas, Chris Banchero, Kevin Alas, Ronald Pascual at Jake Pascual.

Pinuri naman ni SMC president Ramon S. Ang, ang Executive of the Year awardee, si Cone sa pagbibigay sa San Mig Coffee ng four-peat.

“He’s the best coach I’ve known,” wika ni Ang kay Cone. “He’s still young. I won’t be surprised if he ends up in the NBA.”
