5. Kumain ng masustansyang gulay

6. Mag-take ng vitamins ayon sa bigay ng inyong doktor. Gaya ng vitamins C at D, zinc, probiotic, at iba pa.

7. Mag-take ng mga supplements na nagpapa-boost ng immune system.
