Bumili ng cologne with lavender scent; dried flowers; tissue paper. Kung wala kang mabibiling dried flowers, ibilad sa araw ang roses or sampaguita or any flower na mabango. Gawin mo ang ritwal kapag natutulog ang iyong anak. Wisikan ng lavender cologne ang tuyong bulaklak. Ikalat sa paligid ng unan ang dried flowers na may lavender cologne. Usalin ang mga sumusunod:

I-visualize mo na ang katawan ng iyong anak ay napapaligiran ng orange light. Ibalot sa tissue ang dried flowers at itago. Sprinkle a few drops of the lavender cologne sa unan ng iyong anak. Puwede mong ulitin ang ritwal tuwing birthday niya.
