Kailangan ng healthy fats para sa mga mataas ang blood pressure upang mabawasan ang panganib ng sakit sa puso at stroke.
1. Olive oil
2. Avocado
3. Walnut oil
4. Low-fat yoghurts
5. Low-fat dairy products
6. Polyunsaturated fats
7. Monounsaturated
I-check ang label na maaaring nakasaad ng low fat, pero maaaring naglalaman pa rin ng malaking amount ng fat.
