Sa pamamagitan ng kulay, malalaman ang problema sa bawat internal organ:

1--Pulang-pula ang mukha: heart disease or high blood pressure.

2--Naninilaw na mukha: low function of spleen and stomach.

3--Nagkukulay talong ang mukha: low kidney function.

4--Sobrang maputi o maputla ang mukha: low lung function.

5--Greenish ang mukha: decreased liver function.

6--May red spots sa paligid ng eyebrows: increased likelihood of flu, or sign of flu in recent past.

7--Mapulang eyebrows: overactive nervous system, lack of quality sleep.

8--Mapulang eye sockets: inflammation in the kidneys or back pain.

9--Namumulang ilong: bladder inflammation or back pain.

10--Swelling veins on the nose: deteriorating function of kidneys and bladder.

11--Sobrang mapula ang lips: overactive stomach

12--Nangingitim na labi: low function of spleen and kidney

13--cold sores near lips: stomach ulcer

14--Mapulang pisngi: active liver

15--Black eyes or black/ brown spots: low kidney function           

16--Dark skin around eyes: deteriorating kidney function, likelihood of kidney “stones”

17--Black moles between nose and lips: high levels of acid and toxins in the body

18--Darkening of black moles between nose and lips: possible sign of risk of cancer
