“Today was a day of remembering Rico, 22 years after. Our faith gives us the special gift of remembering, we keep alive the grace which we remember.

“I remember Rico’s vision, hope, and dream for our youth and our nation, and these continue to inspire my work for the youth, our church, and our country,” bahagi ng post ni Fr. Caluag.

“At 22 years na pala since 22 years ago, my cousin Rico Yan left this world on a good Friday; just like today. I remember, in detail, the moment my family and I found out. We were doing the way of the cross at Christ the King Church on a Good Friday afternoon when we received the call. Remembering and missing him today, and always. He was a special kind of person, someone who made you feel comfortable because of his light and funny personality,” post ni Ms. Em.
