Kris, pagod na ang puso!

MANILA, Philippines — May mga bagong problema sa kanyang kalusugan si Kris Aquino base sa kanyang latest Instagram post kahapon.

Ayon sa kanya ay may abnormalities sa kanyang blood panel at isa na rito ay ang lubhang pagbaba ng kanyang sodium and potassium.

“There’s something i chose not to reveal but i feel i must. There were some abnormalities in my blood panel. My hemoglobin hit an all time low, my sodium was as always low, BUT my potassium also dropped,” simula ni Kris.

Ibinalita rin niyang next week ay magpapa-inject na siya ng iron sa katawan.

“If I want to get healthier it starts with my nutrition. Hindi ko kaya ang iron supplements. Starting next week i’ll be getting iron infusions.”

Sinabi rin niyang nagkaroon na rin ng minor damage ang kanyang lungs at may problema na rin sa kanyang heart.

“My Churg Strauss syndrome can affect many organs because it causes damage to blood vessels. My lungs have already shown some minor damage, but my now heart is showing signs of exhaustion- just to pump blood that lacks nutrients all over my body, kailangan mag overcompensate…” she revealed.

Kaya raw sinabihan siya ng doktor na kailangan niya talagang kumain ng real food.

“Dr Malika explained to me that my heart rate going up to 130-135 after taking a shower, my constant constant dizzy spells, and headaches are already a warning for me that unless i start trying to eat real food and not rely on milk alone, i could be among the 7 out of 10 patients with Churg Strauss who attribute their death to heart failure,” aniya.

“Bimb prepared the green juice: cucumber, apple, and a lot of spinach. Baby steps, kale will come soon- my food intake is really a problem. And my weight loss. I was knocked out because of my exhaustion from having both my Dupixent & Methotrexate injected into me on Wednesday, so I missed our Thanksgiving celebration,” saad niya.

Ayon pa kay Kris ay bawal daw ang stress sa kanya. Hiniling din niyang ipagpatuloy pa ang pagdarasal.

“Tomorrow, Sunday if my chronic sinusitis has stopped, i’ll try to walk around with Bimb & my nurse. Bawal ang unnecessary stress. Let’s please continue praying for one another,” sey ng dating TV host.

Michelle, inaming ‘di madali ang pinagdaanan

Nakabalik na ng Pilipinas si Michelle Dee matapos nga ang kanyang laban sa Miss Universe 2023.

Dumating siya sa NAIA Terminal 1 at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25, kung saan ay sinalubong siya ni Miss Universe Philippines National Director Shamcey Supsup-Lee gayundin ng kanyang ina na si Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez at mga kaibigang sina Rhian Ramos and Samantha Panlilio.

Naging mainit din ang pagsalubong sa kanya ng ating mga kababayan na nagtungo pa sa airport para masaksihan ang kanyang pagdating.

Masayang-masaya si Michelle sa overwhelming love and support na ibinigay sa kanya ng ating mga kababayan.

“Feels good to be back home.  with or without the crown, all of you made me feel like I was a winner,” she wrote on her Instagram page today.

“Last night was so overwhelming! All I could feel was so much love and support from all of you.

“It was definitely not an easy road to get to this point but everything was well worth it! Madami pa tayo pagdadaanan and I can’t wait to bring you along the ride with me. mahal na mahal ko kayo #FILIPINAS,” patuloy niya.

Umuwi si Michelle sa bansa with three awards from Miss Universe 2023 – Voice for Change, Carnival Cruise Award, and Best in National Costume.
