Pabor si Lipa City Representative and Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos sa Anti-Terror Bill also known as House Bill No. 6875 na naaprubahan na at hinihintay na lang ang pirma ni Pres. Rodrigo Duterte.

Ang anak niyang si Luis Manzano ang nag-tweet kung ano ang stand ng kanyang ina hinggil sa controversial bill.

Nag-post si Luis ng screenshot ng statement ng kanyang ina at sa caption, aniya, “To everyone asking, here’s what my mom said about the anti-terror bill.”

Sa statement ni Cong. Vi, sinabi niyang hindi raw siya ang principal author ng bill pero in favor daw siya with reservations.

“I am not a principal author of House Bill 6875. I’m in favor of it WITH RESERVATIONS. I have concern about the country’s national security. I just hope the law enforcement agencies will implement it in accordance with the Constitution, full respect to human rights and without any abuse whatsoever,” ang pahayag ni ate Vi.

Sa comments section ay marami ang bumatikos sa Star For All Seasons. Komento ng isang netizen, dapat daw ay nag-no na lang si ate Vi kung may ikinababahala pa siya sa batas.

“Aren’t you supposed to say NO when you have reservations to begin with? “Yes with reservation” doesn’t even make sense - why would you vote YES if you don’t fully agree with it? Enough of this BS,” komento ng isang netizen.

Pahayag naman ng isa pang Twitter user, “I’m sorry Luis but your mom is still going down on history as one of those who voted yes. This is the vote that defines her.”

Halos ganito rin ang komento ng iba pang netizens. Anila, “a yes is still a yes” at hindi na raw dapat i-justify pa.
