Coco

Sa totoo lang, Salve A. excited kami sa binubuo diumanong project ng Star Cinema at ABS-CBN, the tentatively entitled Love or Money, co-starring together for the first time nina Coco Martin at Angelica Panganiban.

No less than Mae Cruz-Alviar who is the director of Angelica’s still currently showing movie, Unbreakable, with Bea Alonzo, Richard Gutierrez and Ian Veneracion, will be at the helm.

The film will mark the first time na idi-direk si Coco ng isang babaeng direktor.

A director, too, as Coco also directs together with Michael de Mesa and two others, the top action series, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, Coco is the director, too, of his own Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2019 entry, 3Pol Trobol: Huli Ka Balbon Produced by his own film firm, CCM Film Production.

AiAi gustong maging leading lady ni Coco

Speaking of 3Pol Trobol… AiAi delas Alas glad that she is in the movie, playing the role of Coco Martin’s mother.

“I saw first – had how Coco works in his triple roles, as star, director and producer of 3Pol. As a director, lalo na.

“Very focused siya,” AiAi added. “Very professional, when he requests his stars to come on time, madadatnan mo na siya sa location.

“And on the set naman, he will not tell you, but will make you feel, he wants you to concentrate on your role.

“But once naman, tapos na kayo sa inyong trabaho, he is the lovable producer you hope him to be.

“Maasikaso, mabait at mahusay makisama. I will not mind working for and with him again,” Ai Ai remarks smiling. “At sana, bilang leading-lady naman niya.”

Alden naghahanda sa kanyang major concert

Guess what one of Alden Richard’s foremost projects in this year which excites him no end?

Well, a concert which Paolo Valenciano will direct.

Both he and Direk Paolo have no idea yet when the concert will be, but it will definitely happen next year. He wants to prove raw that he can also sing.

Well, go then, Richard.

While Alden is assured by his network, GMA-7, that his series, The Gift, will continue its run ‘til 2020, yet his ardent wish is to do a movie, which Alden agrees will have to be well-planned.

After all, no one can argue, that the one and only film he did this year (2019), Hello, Love, Goodbye, with Kathryn Bernardo, is to date, considered the highest earning film of all time in local showbiz.

By the way, Alden will turn 28 on his birthday, January 12.

Sharon, Regine at Sarah hinihiritang mag-concert

Bumagay kay Sharon Cuneta ang kanyang maikling buhok. Mukhang bumata siya ng 10 years.

Sharon will turn 53 on her birthday on January 6.

Well, in the Christmas presentation ng ABS-CBN, Sharon did a number with Regine Velasquez and Sarah Geronimo, which tremendously was appreciated.

Sana, the three of them ay magkaroon ng concert together.

Well, why not next year, before Sarah’s wedding to Mateo Guidicelli in 2020?

Isa itong event to look forward to, pag nagkataon.

Bela nadiskubre kung bakit dream leading man si Aga

The first ever film daw ni Aga Muhlach na napanood ni Bela Padilla was Hinahanap-Hanap Kita, where Aga played Shaina Magdayao’s dad, she just a teenager then.

She and Aga play daughter and father sa Miracle…, directed by Nuel Naval.

Hindi gaanong mahaba ang roles nila together, as she played the elder Ayesha, who became a lawyer at ipinagtanggol ang ama sa kasalanang ‘di nito ginawa.

The young Ayesha was played by child actress Xia Vigor.

“But I would appreciate working again with Kuya Aga either in front or behind the cameras,” ani Bela.

Bela, who has already written a number of stories and scripts na pawang hinangaan nang gawing pelikula, hopes to turn movie or TV director next year.

Binanggit na raw niya ito kay Boss Vic del Rosario ng Viva Films.
