Wow, Salve A., December 1 na today. And 24 days hence, Christmas day na.

Merry Christmas to all PM (Pang-Masa) readers. And pahiram, ABS-CBN, thank you for the love, PM readers, for the year 2015.

Magkapatid na Romulo, back-to-back ang serbisyo

Election year is 2016. And we are happy sa desisyon ng dalawang taong pinahahalagahan at ina-admire namin, ang magkapatid na Roman Romulo, lawyer, and Mons Romulo, of the Lifestyle section ng The Philippine STAR, who are both running for public office in this election.

They will be both an asset to their respective constituents.

Atty. Roman, who served thrice as Representative, Lone District, Pasig City, is running for Senator sa ilalim ng party list which supports the candidacy of both Senators Grace Poe and Chiz Escudero, bilang Presidente at Vice President respectively.

Mons naman is running for the office, which brother Atty. Roman will vacate.

As Representative, Atty. Roman, among others, was chairman of the Committee on Higher and Technical Education.

For Atty. Roman, napakahalaga ng position na ito, as the Committee covers all matters directly and principally relating to post-se­condary and tertiary education, technical education, distance education, students and children’s welfare, and centers of excellence.

Sakaling mahalal as Senator, marami pang panukalang ihahain si Atty. Romulo, na tiyak niyang maraming Pilipino ang makikinabang.

In the case of Mons, lahat daw ng proyektong si­nimulan at isinaalang-alang ni Atty. Roman ay tini­tiyak niyang kanyang ipagpapatuloy.

Ali gusto nang magkaroon ng apo

Guess, Salve A., what radio host Ali Sotto’s wish for Christmas is?

Ang magkaroon na rin ng apo, tulad ng kanyang fellow celebrity na si Lorna Tolentino.

Lorna, as we all know, is now Lola to three-year-old Tori, anak ng panganay nila ng kanyang nasirang asawa na si Rudy Fernandez. She considers Tori na apple of her eye.

Ali, we all know, had two sons, with her former husband, a Sotto. Her eldest, however, Miko, died in a freak accident.

Hindi pa namin tiyak kung nag-asawa na ang younger son ni Ali. But ang tiyak namin, wala siyang anak sa kanyang current foreigner husband.

Dina masaya kahit hindi sa isang Sotto ikinasal

Lola na rin to her apo with her children, Danica Sotto-Pingris at Oyo Boy Sotto, si Dina Bonnevie, who was once married to a Sotto, too. Yes, to top comedian and TV host, Vic Sotto.

Dina, of course, is now married to a politician. Her daughter, Danica, ay kasal naman sa top cager na si Mark Pingris. Oyo’s wife, is Kristine Hermosa.

Vic, as we all know, will soon marry young TV host-actress, Pauleen Luna.
