Is 2013 a season for breakups among showbiz couples?

It looks like it is, considering that after Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago; Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz; Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu, Gian Magdangal and Sheree; Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes, Bianca Manalo and John Prats; and, of course, AiAi delas Alas and Jed Salang, heto at confirmed nang split na rin sina Luis Manzano at Jennylyn Mercado.

Ngayon may bulung-bulungan na maaaring sumunod sa ‘‘yapak’’ ng listahang ito ang isa sa masyadong visible at demonstrative na couple.

Actually, ’di lang personally nila idini-display sa publiko ang suppo­sed­ly nararamdaman (daw) nila sa isa’t isa, umiikot pa sa ilang social media na may mga account sila ang pag-profess nila sa kanilang nararam­daman sa isa’t isa.

Iza excited makaeksena si Goma

In the movie Four Sisters and a Wedding, gumanap sina Shaina Magdayao at Enchong Dee bilang magkapatid.

Bunso supposedly sa limang magkakapatid si Shaina, samantalang only boy naman si Enchong.

Now guess what roles the two are tasked in their first series together You’re My Home, first project ng Dreamscape Entertainment na produksiyon ng ABS-CBN business unit head na si Deo Edrinal?

Well, they play the twin siblings nina Dawn Zulueta at Richard Gomez.

The project, which will start taping in November, according to the production’s publicity head Biboy Arbolena, is earmarked for a January release.

In the cast of the series, na ’di pa tiyak kung sino ang magdidirek, are Iza Calzado, Cherry Pie Picache, and teenage stars Ella Cruz and Francis Mangundayao.

In a talk we had with Iza, binanggit niyang baka in January din next year ang airing ng kanyang first reality show, where she will play host, the second season of The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition.

As we all know, the first season had Sharon Cuneta and Derek Ramsay as hosts.

Hindi nga pala nabanggit ni Iza kung magkakaroon siya ng co-host sa programa.

She said that the series You’re My Home excites her because she and Richard will be playing architects. Kaya they will have several scenes together.

Iza felt it would be both a challenging and plea­sant experience na makatrabaho si Richard closely. Just like when she did the series Kahit Puso’y Ma­sugatan where she played naman wife ni Gabby Concepcion.

Next daw na gusto naman niyang makatrabaho ay si Aga Muhlach.

Richard at Dawn gagawan din ng pelikula kasama pa sina John Lloyd at Jessy

Guess where we would see Richard and Dawn next, kahit ’di pa man sigurado nila matapos itong You’re My Home?

Well, possibly in a movie, co-starring them with John Lloyd Cruz and Jessy Mendiola.

Tulad ni Dawn, hindi akalain ni Richard na tatanggapin pa ng mga manonood ang tambalan nila, not until their first ‘‘return’’ team-up in the highly top-rating series Walang Hanggan.

Both happily married, si Richard kay Ormoc Congresswoman Lucy Torres at si Dawn naman kay Davao (second district) Congressman Anton Lagdameo, they cannot both daw thank before their respective spouses enough to allow them to continue with their respective showbiz careers.
