Umiskor si MacDo­nald ng isang referee-stopped-contest (RSC) kontra kay Trinidad and Tobago bet Al Jaleel Ortega Jokhu.

Pasok naman si John Mar­vin sa Round of 32 ma­tapos talunin si Pouria Amiri ng Iran via RSC sa men’s 92kg class.

Haharapin ng Filipi­no-English boxer si Ke­vin Prudence Lonlon Ko Kuadjovi ng Togo na na­kakuha ng opening round bye.

Kasalukuyan pang na­ki­kipaglaban sina Mark (men’s 92kg), Ashley Fajardo (men’s 63.5kg), Ronald Chavez Jr. (men’s 71kg), Claudine Veloso (women’s 54kg) at Nesthy Petecio (wo­men’s 57kg) para sa ti­ket sa Round of 16 habang isinusulat ito kagabi.
