Hangzhou Asian Games Fun Run pakakawalan bukas sa Tagaytay City
MANILA, Philippines — Magdaraos ang Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) ng Hangzhou Asian Games Fun Run bukas sa Tagaytay City.
Ang fun run ay bahagi ng Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) “Asian Games for All” at pakakawalan sa ganap na alas-6 ng umaga sa Bacolod-De los Reyes Street at ang staging area ay sa Tagaytay City BMX at Skateboard Park.
Makikibahagi ang mga top athletes at sports officials sa fun run na isasagawa 109 araw bago ang Hangzhou Asiad na nakatakda sa Setyembre 23 hanggang Oktubre 8.
“As part of the OCA Family, the POC together with the national sports associations are one in celebrating and promoting the forthcoming Asian Games,” ani POC president Rep. Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino.
Nagsimula ang OCA “Asian Games for All” campaign noong Abril kasama ang National Olympic Committees: Hangzhou Asian Games Fun Run, Asian Games Youth Reporter Project at Hangzhou Asian Games Children’s Art Competition.
“We want all National Olympic Committees to get into the spirit of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou this September and participate in our promotional campaign,” ani OCA Director General Husain Al Musallam.
