57 bowlers pasok sa BWC national finals

MANILA, Philippines — Kabuuang 57 pintopplers--40 men at 17 ladies--ang naka­lusot sa second center finals para umabante sa 2018 Bowling World Cup national championship na nakatakda sa Setyembre 29, 30 at sa Oktubre 2,3,5 sa tatlong magkakaibang venues--ang Coronado Lanes, Superbowl at Paeng’s Eastwood Bowl.

Nagpagulong si Kenneth Chua ng 2594 pinfalls sa 12 games at naglista naman si dating national kegler RJ Bautista ng 2594 para pamunuan ang men’s list.

Umiskor naman si Nancy Frianeza ng isang 10-game series na 2356 para pangunahan ang ladies’ division.

Ang iba pang top scorers sa second center finals ay sina Ramon Camba (2591), Benshir Layoso (2582) at Jeff Carabeo (2401) sa men’s class  at sina Dyan Coronacion (2229), Mades Arles (1998), Abbie Gan (1897), Lara Posadas (1867) at Alexis Sy (1835) sa ladies category.

Sasama ang first center finalists na binubuo ng 40 men at 28 ladies sa second batch ng mga bowlers sa national finals.

Ang magwawagi ang kakatawan sa Pilipinas sa 54th Bowling World Cup International Finals sa Nobyembre 4-11 sa Sam’s Town sa Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ang 2017 international event ay idinaos sa Hermosillo, Mexico kung saan nagreyna si Pinay bet Krizziah Tabora sa ladies’ division.

Ang iba pang second center finalists sa men’s class ay sina Randall Go, Boy Roman, June Seculles, Ernie Jacinto, Mark Varona, Glenn Albert Binoya, Kevin Cu, Alex Bea, Romer Sto. Domingo, Ramel Francisco, Lando Galbey, Santos Walang, Eric Aranez, Jorel Simbulan, Rene Boy Aranico, Erwin Cabaneros, Anton Alcazaren, Marc Matias, Ted Convocar, Kevin Atienza, Ren Cremen, Rene Rodelas, Niel Buencamino, Nichole Andrew Jimeno, Wency Olivares, Joebert Buenafe, MJ San Jose, Edwin Rupido, Francis de Leon, Paul Eluna. Jerht Santos, Boyet Delfino, Dumo Bejara, Joe Tomagan at Federico Rivera.

Sina Perla Pacheco, Jane Bonifacio, Abby Lanuza, Ester Lita Santiago, Joanne Santos, Myls Creencia, Liza Pabico, Mae Malvar, Cielet de Leon, Alice Cabazor at Farah Onasa ang finalists sa women’s category.
