Training ni Pacquiao ‘di napigil ng ulan

Russell Cadayona - Pilipino Star Ngayon

“Basketball has always been part of my daily routine to keep myself in shape. I enjoy it and it helps sustain my speed and stamina,” sabi ng 37-anyos na si Pacquiao na noong Oktubre pa sinimulang maglaro ng basketball.

“I decided to include in my training regimen ball dribbling exercise,” sabi ni Pacquiao. “This kind of exercise will further strengthen my hands and forearms.”

“He plays basketball everyday. He says the shoulder feels great through basketball. I know that’s not boxing. I’m curious to see myself how it is in the first week of training,” sabi ni Roach.
