MANILA, Philippines – Limang bagong rekord ang naitala sa unang araw ng kumpetisyon ng 89th Philippine Swimming League (PSL) National Series - Mayor Romulo “Kid” Peña Swim Meet sa Makati Aquatic Sports Arena sa Makati City.

Nanguna sa ratsada sina Swimmer of the Year candidates Sean Terence Zamora ng University of Santo Tomas at Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh ng Immaculate Heart of Mary College-Parañaque na dinomina ang kani-kanilang paboritong events.
