Codiñera, Evangelista pararangalan ng PBA

Pilipino Star Ngayon

“This is to express our gratitude, appreciation and recognition to their great contribution to our franchise,” sabi ni San Mig Coffee top official Rene Pardo sa seremonya kung saan ireretiro ang No. 44 jersey ni Codiñera at ang No. 7 jersey ni Evangelista.

“Actually, we’ve not allowed anybody to wear Codiñera’s jersey number. As for Rey’s jersey number, the last to wear that was JC Intal,” wika pa ni Pardo.

“Rey was a Purefoods player through and through. Si Jerry, he was crying when we traded him.

(NB)
