Russell Cadayona - Pilipino Star Ngayon

Ang iba pang nahugot sa first round ay sina No. 2 guard Kevin Alas (Rain or Shine), No. 4 Fil-Am forward Matt Ganuelas-Rosser (NLEX), No. 5 Fil-Am guard Chris Banchero (Alaska), No. 6 forward Rodney Brondial (Ginebra), No. 7 Fil-Australian forward Anthony Semerad (Globalport), No. 8 forward Jake Pascual (Barako Bull), No. 9 guard Jericho Cruz (Rain or Shine), No. 10 Fil-Australian David Semerad (Barako Bull) at No. 12 guard Juami Tiongson (Blackwater).

Ang No. 7 pick ng San Mig Coffee Mixers ay pinalitan ng Batang Pier ng kanilang  2016 first round at 2018 second round picks at kinuha si Anthony Semerad.

Sa second round, kinuha ng Alaska si Fil-Am guard Rome Dela Rosa bilang No. 13 overall pick kasunod sina No. 14 forward Kevin Ray Espinosa (Rain or Shine), No. 15 forward Philip Paredes (Barako Bull), No. 16 forward Kristoffer Alas (Alaska), No. 17 center Prince Caperal (Globalport), No. 18 Fil-Am guard Philip Morrison (Barako Bull), No. 19 guard John Pinto (Globalport), No. 20 forward Harold Arboleda (Talk ‘N Text), No. 21 guard Mike Gamboa (Rain or Shine), No. 22 forward Gabriel Banal (San Miguel Beer), No. 23 forward Frank Golla Blackwater) at No. 24 forward Kyle Pascual (Kia Motors).
