Servania, 2 pa lalaban sa Dubai Pinoy Pride

 MANILA, Philippines - Magtutulong ang premier network na The Filipino Channel (TFC), ABS-CBN Corporation’s sports channel ABS-CBN Sports + Action at ang ALA Promotions para sa pagdadala sa “Pinoy Pride XXVII: Duel in Dubai” sa Setyembre 5 sa Dubai World Trade Center.

Ang Pinoy Pride series ang nagtatampok sa pinakamahuhusay na Filipino boxers katapat ang mga foreign fighters bawat taon.

“We are optimistic that this will be one of the biggest and grandest boxing events in Dubai and we are excited to see our kababayans enjoy the bouts, take pride in the innate boxing skills of the Filipino and give their all-out support for the fighters,” sabi ni Managing Director for ABS-CBN Middle East at ABS-CBN Europe Edgardo Garcia sa nasabing boxing event.

Para sa Pinoy Pride XXVII, tatlong Pinoy boxers ang haharap sa foreign champions.

Ang main event ang magtatampok sa pagtatanggol ni undefeated World Boxing Organization (WBO) Intercontinental Super Bantamweight champion Genesis “Azukal” Servania ng Bacolod City, kay Mexican Jose “Matador” Cabrera.

Maghaharap naman sina Bacolod native “King” Arthur Villanueva at Nicaraguan Henry “El Crespo” Maldonado para sa International Boxing Federation (IBF) Junior Bantamweight title.

Lalabanan ni Rey “Boom-Boom” Bautista si Mexican boxer Juan Jose “Piquet” Martinez sa isang non-title bout.
