Sa pagbubukas ng SEAOIL NBTC Finals Umaatikabong salpukan ng CKSC, Hope
MANILA, Philippines - Magsasagupa ang magkaribal na Chiang Kai Shek College at Hope Christian High ngayon sa tampok na laro sa 2014 Seaoil NBTC League National High School Finals sa Ynares Sports Center sa Pasig.
Nakatakda ang rematch ng Seaoil-Metro MaÂnila Basketball League Finals sa ganap na alas-6 ng gabi matapos ang pang alas-5:30 ng hapong seremonya ng event na isang official grassroots deÂvelopment program ng Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas at itinataguyod ng MVP Sports Foundation, Meralco, Smart, NLEX, Maynilad, Philex, Philippine Star at Molten.
Tinalo ng CKSC, binanderahan nina Mohammed Salim at Van Pilanga, ang Hope Christian, 82-75, sa championship game sa San Beda gym noong nakaraang buwan.
“What better way to kick off this event than to have Chiang Kai Shek and Hope Christian meet in a rematch of the MMBL Finals?†sabi ni Seaoil NBTC national program director Eric Altamirano. “We’re all excited. This is the culmination of all those months of preparation, from the provincial eliminations to the citywide championships. This truly is the national finals and we welcome you all.â€
Ang iba pang Division I inaugural day games ay magtatampok sa laban ng Iloilo Central at West Negros sa ala-1 ng hapon at ang banggaan ng NU-A at Sacred Heart-Ateneo of Cebu sa alas-3.
