MANILA, Philippines - Maliban sa Petron Blaze at three-time defen­ding champions na Talk ‘N Text, ang Meralco ang isa pang koponang nasa mainit na ratsada.

Matapos umiskor ng 112-79 panalo laban sa Air21 Express noong Nobyembre 27 ay nagposte naman ang Bolts ng malaking 100-87 tagum­pay kontra sa Ginebra Gin Kings noong Disyembre 3.

Ayon kay head coach Ryan Gregorio, ang ka­nilang liksi ang muling magpapanalo sa kanila laban sa mga koponang may matatangkad na players.

“With a lot of players down, as long as the game is played five-on-five, they don’t have an edge. We’re just a quicker team against them,” wika ni Gregorio.

Lalabanan ng Meralco ang Globalport ngayong alas-5:45 ng hapon at puntirya ang kanilang ikatlong dikit na arangkada sa 2013-2014 PBA Philippine Cup sa Smart Araneta Coliseum.
