“As products of public funds, being an athlete of the SCUAA is one way of giving back to the people,” sabi ni Drilon sa two-hour opening ceremony kasama sina Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor, Sr. at Dr. Patricia Licuanan ng Commission on Higher Education (CHEd).
“I’m a true believer of the value of sports in the nation. We need the value of team work that’s badly needed in our country today,” wika ni Lucuanan.
Pinamamahalaan ng Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Region VI, ang week-long event ay matatapos sa Pebrero 25 .
