Hatton naniniwalang mananalo si Mayweather kay Pacquiao

MANILA, Philippines - Sakaling matuloy ang Manny Pacquiao-Floyd May­weather, Jr. megafight ay tiyak na mananalo ang un­defeated American fighter.

Ito ang opinyon ni dating IBO light welterweight cham­pion Ricky Hatton ng Great Britain na pinabagsak ni Pac­quiao sa second round noong Mayo 2, 2009.

 Sinabi ni Hatton, ngayon ay isa nang promoter, na kung nahirapan si Pacquiao kay Juan Manuel Marquez no­ong Nobyembre 13 ay matatalo siya kay Mayweather.

 “I thought Manny had problems with Marquez’ style and maybe he would always have problems with that style,” ani Hatton. “Pacquiao is a pure fighter. On that strength of that contest and performance, it is hard to see how Manny would beat Floyd Mayweather if they ac­tually ever meet in the ring.”

Matapos ang naturang kabiguan kay Pacquiao ay nag­retiro si Hatton bitbit ang 45-2-0 win-loss-draw ring re­cord kasama ang 32 KOs.

Samantala, pareho namang negatibo sa paggamit ng illegal substance sina Pacquiao at Marquez, ayon sa Ne­vada State Athletic Commission.

“The steroid and drugs tests for Mr. Pacquiao and Mr. Mar­quez are in. They were all negative,” wika ni NSAC chief Keith Kizer.

Nilinaw rin ng resulta ang sinasabing pag-inom ni Marquez ng dilaw na inumin sa kanilang laban ni Pacquiao.

“Water and electrolyte drinks are allowed in the corner.  Any electrolyte drink must be brought to the arena in factory-sealed, plastic bottles,” ani Kizer.
