Makapasok sa top 3, tututukan ni Toroman

- Joey Villar -

MANILA, Philippines - Nakatuon ang pansin ni Smart Gilas Pilipinas coach Rajko Toroman sa top three finish, habang kumpiyansa naman si team captain Chris Tiu na makakapuwesto sila sa top two sa William Jones Cup na magsisimula bukas sa Sinjhuang Stadium sa New Taipei City, Chinese, Taipei.

“We're hoping to finish in the top three even though we expect a tough field in the Jones Cup,” wika ni Toroman, nakatakdang makasama ang Nationals sa pagbiyahe sa Chinese Taipei ngayon sakay ng isang Phl Airlines flight.

“Coach Rajko thinks we have a chance at a top three finish but I'm confident we could be in the top two,” sabi naman ni Tiu.

“The Jones Cup would be a good experience for us because we're going to play strong teams that would make us tougher in time for the Wuhan tournament,” ani Toroman.
