Riders na papadyak sa Nat'l Open titira sa Samar House
MANILA, Philippines - Ang mga siklistang lalahok sa 2010 National Open Cycling Championships na nakatakda sa Disyembre 6 hanggang 11 ay tutuloy sa Samar House matapos pumayag ang New San Jose Builders.
Ang Samar House, isa sa mga naging headquarters ni President Noynoy Aquino sa kanyang kampanya, ay matatagpuan sa Samar Avenue.
Ito ay may first-class amenities kagaya ng swimming pool, sleeping quarters, air-conditioned rooms at iba pa, ayon kay ICFP president Dr. Philip Ella Juico.
“Not everyone is accorded the chance to see, much more live in this historic place,” wika ni Juico, dating chairman ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) at ex-Secretary ng Department of Agrarian Reform sa panahon ng namayapang si President Corazon Aquino.
Ang National Cycling Open, huling idinaos noong 1985 sa Cagayan de Oro City, ay magtatampok sa track, mountain bike at road race events bukod pa ang Masters Division para sa mga greatest champions at tour legends.
Ang Amoranto Velodrome sa Quezon City ang magiging venue para sa track competitions.
