“John was an environmental lawyer who fought for the people in the same way that I fight for the people of the Philippines,” sabi ni Pacquiao. “Bob Arum is my promoter and my friend. I want to do this for the entire Arum family.”

“He is bigger and stronger.”

“Well, there are four or five fights out there that I want. Manny Pacquiao, Antonio Margarito, Miguel Cotto,” ani Mosley, tumalo kay Margarito via ninth-round TKO noong Enero ng 2009 para sa World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight title. “And of course, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has a win over me, and I want to avenge that.”
