20 Jr. NBA kids sa NCR, Luzon napili na

MANILA, Philippines - Tinalo ng 20 batang may edad na 12 hanggang 14-anyos mula sa Metro Manila at Luzon ang 200 iba pa sa Jr. NBA Re­gional Selection Camp na idinaos noong Marso 21 sa Jo­se Rizal University Gym sa Mandaluyong City upang ma­ging finalists sa Jr. NBA National Training Camp sa Abril.

Ang National Training Camp ang magiging ‘high point’ ng 2009-10 Jr. NBA kung saan walong Jr. NBA camp participants ang pipiliin matapos ang three-day booth camp at tatang­haling Jr. NBA Philippines All Stars Team.

Ito ay nakatakda sa Maynila sa JRU Gym sa Abril 16-18.

Ang 20 kids na nanggaling sa Isabela Province, Pangasinan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Ca­vite at Metro Manila ay sasama sa 10 finalists mula sa Cebu at 10 buhat sa Davao para sa isang intensive, NBA-style training sa ilalim nina NBA Legend at three-time NBA Champion B.J. Armstrong at US Jr. NBA Coach Frank Lopez.

Ang mga NBA-appointed local Jr. NBA coaches ay sina PBA legends Ronnie Magsanoc, Elmer Cabahug at Cadel Mosqueda.

Ang 20 NCR at Luzon Jr. NBA camp finalists ay sina Ja­vier Ricardo Consunji, Emilio Puno, Ferdinand Ravena III ng Ate­neo de Manila, Kyle Carlos, Mark Framil at Jeremiah Vizmonte ng La Salle Green Hills, Alfred Sojulga at Henri Lorenzo Subido ng Lourdes School Man­daluyong, Ranbill Angelo Tongco, Hans Sison at Cyle Jowee Lopez ng San Beda College, Carl Bueno at Alvin Gerard Ungria ng University of Santo Tomas, Hubert Cani ng University of the East Grade School, Lorenzo Fernando Navarro ng St. Francis School, Thristan La­man ng Sta Clara School of Antipolo, Shawn Brian Sabordo ng Pateros Catholic School, Noel Joseph Perez of Nineveh Academy of General Trias, Ca­vite, Arvin Angeles, Jr. of Valenzuela at Lance Villanueva ng Marist School, Marikina.
