RP booters inaruga ni Fr. Rocky sa Tuloy sa Don Bosco

MANILA, Philippines - Mula sa pagiging isang koponan, itinuturing na ngayon ng mga miyembro ng tropang sumasabak sa Deloitte Street Child World Cup ang kanilang mga sarili na isang pamilya.

Salamat na lamang sa pag-aaruga at paggabay ni Fr. Rocky Evangelista, ang founder ng Tuloy sa Don Bosco Street Chil­dren Village .

“All of our boys and girls be­lieve they are now part of one big football family. And we have to thank Fr. Rocky for that,” wika ni co-manager Ed Formoso sa nasabing mga footballers na lalahok sa torneo sa Marso 15-23 sa Durban, South Africa.

Hindi lamang isang trai­ning quarters ang Tuloy Village sa Alabang, Muntinlupa City kundi isang tahanan rin ng mga team members, dagdag ni Craig Bur­rows, co-manager ng koponan. “The delegation’s adult members like myself, team assistant James Gates, houseparent Ma­rivi San Juan and head coach Jess Landagan appreciate Fr. Rocky’s efforts in molding our contingent into a closely-knit group,” wika nito.

Ang tropa ay kinabibilangan nina Erica Mae Inocencio (team captain), Blue Shark Gaerlan, Jayson Simangan, Ladylyn Ampe, Lorelyn Cabayanan, Noriel Pineones, Mario Titoy winger Raymond Elona, goalie Roberto Orlandez, Jr., at alternate Gerry Boy Joaquino.
