Back-to-back win asam ng Patriots vs Barracudas sa The Arena

MANILA, Philippines - Muling masusubukan sina Nonoy Baclao ng Ateneo at Elmer Espiritu ng University of the East, ang dalawang mahuhusay na forwards sa hangad ng Philippine Patriots na makatikim ng unang back-to-back wins sa pakikipagharap sa Brunei Barracudas sa ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) saThe Arena sa San Juan.

Ang 6-foot- 4 na si Baclao at 6-foot-3 na si Espiritu ay nagpasiklab sa kanilang debut game para sa Patriots nang kanilang igupo ang Thailand Tigers, 74-61.

Tumapos si Baclao ng seven points, five blocks at 5- rebounds -- na hinangaan nina team owners Mikee Romero ng Harbour Centre at businessman Tony Boy Cojuangco at coach Louie Alas.

Maganda rin ang ipinakita ni Espiritu na may eight markers, four blocks at three boards sa 21 minutong paglalaro.

Bagamat angat ang Brunei imports sa height laban sa mga imports ng Patriot kumbinsido si Alas na ang kanilang quickness and hustle ay makakasapat dito.
