“This is a very rare and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these young boys. Never in their wildest dreams did they imagine that this would be how they would spend this particular summer. They all worked hard and are very talented, of course. But this is a real gift from the NBA. Everything – from the coaches clinics to the training camps to this trip – has been for free. This is a great gift not just for these kids, but for Philippine basketball,” ani coach Boy Cabahug.
