Naging makulay ang 2008 para sa PSC

-

“Para sa akin, it’s a colorful 2008. We sent less than a hundred athletes to other premium training areas for our dream of the first-ever Olympic gold medal in the Beijing Olympics. But we came up with no medals at all,” sabi ni PSC chairman William “Butch” Ramirez.

“It’s going to be a challenge for us to meet the financial demands of the PSC’s projects next year. Perhaps, we should be more aggressive in getting the collectibles from other agencies to fund the Olympic training,” wika ni Loretizo.

“While there were setbacks which taught us lessons that we really need a strong grassroots sports development program,” ani Ramirez. “We also feel that we have already identified the training areas for our Olympic training program for the 2012 London Olympic Games.” (Russell Cadayona)
